COVID-19 Update

 

To Our Valued Customers,

As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, Okuma is taking precautionary measures to protect the health and well-being of its employees, customers, and partners. Okuma is closely following CDC guidelines in accordance with state & local regulations to limit the spread of COVID-19. Our Ontario, California office will remain closed.

Things you should know:


  • Website ordering is OPEN. We will process and ship orders as we continue to follow CDC guidelines to promote a sanitary workplace for our warehouse staff.
  • Customer Service will remain closed until further notice. While phone lines will remain inactive, we encourage you to continue sending your questions, comments, and concerns to service@okumafishingusa.com
  • Our Warranty and Service center will remain closed. Please do NOT send any rods and/or reels, as our technicians will not be able to tend to your products until Okuma has officially re-opened

As this crisis is ever-evolving, we will continue to update our customers as we receive new information. We thank you for your patience, understanding and look forward to getting through this together.
